Amelia Kay (Carroll) Dale

Daughter, sister, wife, mother, and grandmother; Amelia Kay slipped away peacefully early Sunday morning, October 16, 2022, at the age of 66.

Amelia was the oldest of three children born August 18, 1956, to Darryl and May Carroll of Ashland City, Tennessee. She is preceded in death by her parents and is survived by her husband, Mike Dale, siblings Lucienda Williams and Evita Carroll, children, Angel (Tim) Harris, Darryl (Mandy) Tomlin, Alyson (James) Boersma, and Matthew Dale, as well as many grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.

Amelia worked as a Network Engineer for decades and was a loving, caring person, devoted mother, and friend who always put others first.

She lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures such as chatting with family and friends, reading, watching TV, and spending her Fall weekends watching college football, especially Tennessee, as she was a die-hard fan.

A memorial service will be held from 2:00-4:00 p.m., Sunday, November 6th, at Livery Stables Event Hall, 1104 Main St., Pleasant View, TN 37146.
