Amanda MMichelle (Newman) Pettit

Amanda Michelle Newman Pettit succumbed to MS on September 6, 2023 at the age of 39. Amanda was born on July 23, 1984, in Heidelberg, Germany to Sue Bernard and Deven Newman.

Amanda was very proud of her accomplishments. She worked hard as a teen to earn her Girl Scout Silver and Gold Awards by creating programs and volunteering for those less fortunate than her. Amanda graduated from University of Phoenix.

In addition to her parents, Amanda is survived by her son, Jayden Pettit; siblings: Jason (Cheryl) of Arizona and Marc, Leo, and Rick Bernard of Clarksville, TN.

Amanda’s remains will be cremated. A Celebration of Life will be held at a future date.
