Caleb M. Powell passed away in his sleep on June 11. 2020.  Born 4/11/91 in Decatur, IL. His final days were spent surrounded by family and friends doing what he loved and being a dad.

Caleb was a force of nature, determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved, starting by leaving his hometown for Nashville and all the opportunities there and starting his own business. His family meant more to him than anything else in the world, something he often mentioned. He was unendingly proud of his little family and talked about them to anyone that would listen. He was an amazing friend to all, from back in his hometown where he went to Mount Zion high school, when he was just a teenager in a garage band with his friends, to his beloved life in Nashville.

He was on the school boards and always at the kids' schools volunteering. He was an upstanding member of the community to say the least. He loved chatting with neighbors and grilling out daily.

Caleb is survived by his wife and children, his parents, a brother, his maternal grandmother, and several aunts and uncles as well as 4 cousins. He is proceeded in death by his paternal grandparents and maternal grandfather.
