Carrie Anne Shipes

Carrie Anne Shipes, 51, of Clarksville, TN passed away on Sunday, May 30, 2022 at Tennova Health Care. She was born on January 7, 1971 to William Allen Elliot and Paula Gail Stewart Shipes.

Those who knew Carrie would describe her as a great cook, loving, and the funniest person you had ever met. She never met a stranger. 

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Kelly Elliott. She is survived by her adopted father, Walter Shipes; sister, Jenny Shipes; brother, Clint Shipes; daughters: Tanna Wiley, Lexie Mann, and Darien Wiley; and six grandchildren.
