David William Hayes, 44, passed away at Skyline Hospital in Nashville Tennessee on February 6, 2021. He was born August 23, 1976 at UK Medical Center in Lexington Kentucky to Ralph David Hayes and Joyce Ann (Watkins) Hayes, residents of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky.

David was an avid reader, a big fan of racing, had many friends, and was a was the Best Man for his special friend Anthony "Shane" Melhorn and his beautiful bride Salena.

David was survived by his mother Joyce Hayes, an uncle, John "Don" Hayes, an aunt, Jeri Watkins, nine cousins, Donna Oakley, Teresa Spencer, John Hayes, Tammy Sapp, Marie Watkins, Laura Bergman, Christina Fisher, Shane Roberts, Crystal Norton, and all their wonderful families.

David will rest in the Grassy Lick Cemetery in Grassy Creek, Kentucky.
