Dollie Plagmann, age 80, passed away on Monday, November 18, 2019 at her Residence. She was born on February 7, 1939 in Evansville, IN to Stanley Duncan and Smyira (Ray) Duncan. Her children include, Sherry Perkins, Denise Marshall, Donald Plagmann, and Dean Plagmann.
