Jackie Paul Lowe

Jackie Paul Lowe, 72, passed away on December 21, 2024. He was born on December 29, 1951 in Kennett, MO to James Spence and Mary Lowe.

Jackie worked for 37 years with the Florida Department of Children and Families. He also achieved a lifetime goal of riding 10,000 miles from Key West, Florida to Boise, Idaho, Nashville, TN to Bowling Green, Kentucky.

He is survived by his loving wife of 11 years, Kimberly Lowe Blair of Clarksville, Tennessee; son, Kellan (Brigid) Lowe; bonus daughters, Arianna Mounds, Kiara Mounds (Sam Nobles), and Davina Mounds (Anyona Barnes); grandchildren: Sam and Silas Lowe, Jelani Harvey, Jr., Majesty Nobles, Lily Lowe, Emily Lowe, and Samuel Nobles, Jr; sister and brother-in-laws; nieces and nephews; and great nieces and great nephews.

And if I go to prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
