John James Hogge

John James “Tiger” Hogge
December 24, 1984-October 16, 2019

John was born at St. Rita’s Hospital in Lima, Ohio. He passed away in Bellevue, Tennessee. John did all his childhood in Sidney, Ohio and Angola, Indiana where he attended school and graduated in 2003 from Angola High School; where he was active in both academics and athletics. As an adult he lived in Las Vegas, NV, the Austin, Texas area, and the Nashville, TN area; making friends and improving himself and others at each stop.

He was the proud father of three beautiful daughters who live with their mother, Michele, in Round Rock, Texas. They are Katalyna, Jillian, and Maya. Please include them in your thoughts and prayers.

Also left behind are his father, Paul, who lives in Indianapolis and his brother, Mitchell, who lives in Las Vegas, NV. Preceding him in death are his
brother, Marty; his beloved mother Diane; his grandmother, Dot; her husband John Korn; and his paternal grandfather Jerry. His father.
Also surviving are his many Uncles and Aunts: Doug and Vicki Stephens, of Sidney, Ohio; Mark and Vicky Korn, of Richmond, Indiana; Rocky Hogge, of Indiananapolis, IN; Donna Cox, of Anderson, IN; Darren and Kathy Korn, of Blue Ash, Ohio; Terry and Cathy Hutchens, of Las Vegas, NV; Ken Hogge, of Kendallville, IN; Charles and Rhonda Shifferd, of Forney, TX; Gavin and Beverly Korn, of Frankton, IN.

Family was a big part of John’s life and his many cousins will carry fond memories of John. He made friends wherever he went, and was active on Facebook, where friends and family are showing him tribute. Services will be held in Indianapolis at a date and place yet to be announced before he joins his mother and brother in rural Steuben County, IN. Donations are requested in lieu of other remembrances, to your local Diabetes charities in memoriam.
