1944-2021

Joyce Ann (Watkins) Hayes, 76, of Springfield Tennessee, passed away at the Waters of Robertson on Thursday, February 25, 2021. She was born in Dayton Ohio, on June 23, 1944 to the late William Watkins and Rose "Rosa" Swartz Watkins.

Joyce was a retired Security Guard for the State of Tennessee. She had many friends and was a big racing fan. She was preceded in death by her husband Ralph David Hayes, her only son, David William Hayes, a brother-in-law, John "Don" Hayes, two brothers, James Monroe Watkins and Jackie Butler Watkins, a sister, Juanita Ethel Dearth, and two nieces, Deborah Kay Salisbury, and Karen Marie Dearth.

Joyce is survived by her sister-in-law, Jeri Watkins, nine nieces and nephews, Donna Oakley, Teresa Spencer, John Hayes, Tammy Sapp, Marie Watkins, Laura Bergman, Christina Fisher, Shane Roberts, Crystal Norton and their families.
