Samantha Jo (Stevenson) Lunceford

Samantha Jo Lunceford, age 33, passed away on December 27, 2021 at Vanderbilt Medical Center. She was born on May 14th, 1988 in Saint Petersburg, Florida.

Sam was preceded in death by her Nana, Josephine Inez Torres and abuela, Hilda Tizol from Puerto Rico. Sam left behind her loving husband of 10 years, Justin Lunceford; children: Hayden Mathew Lunceford, Brantley Austyn Lunceford, Jaxon Layne Lunceford, and Keystan Hansford Lunceford; mother, Linda Jane Vincent; father, Jerry Dean Cooksey; brothers, Mathew Brown and Jason Stevenson; sisters: Nicole Stevenson, Felicity Doran, and Serenity Doran; 5 nephews; 2 nieces; and Michelle Vasquez.

She loved to be with her family. Butterflies were her favorite and she once said she wanted to come back as a butterfly. She loved cardinals and her family believes when they see one that it's a sign from Samantha.

A memorial service will be held on January 8, 2022 at 3201 Sugar creek Road, Woodlawn, TN 37191 at 2:00 PM with Brother Reeds officiating.
