Tammy Kay Biggins (Berger)

Tammy Kay Biggins, 53, of Dover, Tennessee, passed away on November 5, 2023 due to a fatal car accident. She was born in Toledo, Ohio, in 1970, to Kermit and Linda Berger and resided in Toledo for most of her life.

Tammy graduated from Woodward High School before working for almost 20 years as a hair stylist, and working security for the last five years.

In addition to her father, Tammy is preceded in death by her brother, Thomas and brother-in-law, Ronnel Keller. She is survived by her mother, Linda; siblings, Christina Keller and Kenneth (Dana) Berger; and children: Cheyenne Grandowicz, Jonathan Grandowicz, Everett Dahl, Amanda Dahl, and Skyla Biggins. 

A Memorial service will be held on November 30, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Toledo Memorial Park and will be followed by a Celebration of Life dinner at Brick House Commons.
